Privacy policy

Short version: we only process the data you hand us through the form, and we use it solely to reply to you. We do not build profiles, we do not track you, we do not sell anything to anyone, and there are no tracking cookies on this site.

This policy covers what happens on this website. If you are also a customer of an Intergrid service, the general privacy policy of Opengea SCCL applies as well.
2. What data we process, and why

We do not collect any special category data and we do not make automated decisions about you.
3. Who has access
Form requests are received and handled by the commercial and technical team at Intergrid, a brand of Opengea SCCL.
We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes and we do not use it to train any model. The only possible transfer is to infrastructure providers acting as processors: the website and email are hosted on Opengea SCCL's own servers within the European Union.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your request while we handle the enquiry and, afterwards, for up to two years so we can pick up the thread if you write to us again. After that we delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do so straight away.
5. Cookies and local storage
This website uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. We explain it in detail on the cookie information page.
Fonts are served from our own servers, so your visit does not generate any request to third-party services.
6. Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw the consent you gave us, by writing to suport@intergrid.cat. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Catalan Data Protection Authority (APDCAT) or the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
7. Data on websites you publish with Websfera
This policy covers the information you give us on websfera.ai. If you are a customer publishing a website with the platform, the processing of your own visitors' and customers' data is governed by the service contract and the corresponding data processing agreement, where Opengea SCCL acts as processor and you as controller.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, if the change is substantial, we will let know anyone who has given us their details.
